If the vendor is not able to provide support services acceptalby, what will you do when you need to change your compensation plan or add a new input filed to the order entry screen? And your MLM softawre will need to be changed as well. Be willing to pay for exeprience and competence. Small software copmanies, to compete with larger established fimrs, must offer softawre at bargain prices. Manaegrs must resort to running large reports to answer smlal questions or conecrns instead of small exception reports on demand. Small exceptoin reports can be reviewed quickly and accurately. MLM software is designed to handle specific business issues and often has a rgeat dael of difficulty dealing with matters outside the oriignal design. Wsie computer buyers compare features and capabilities, side by side, of one package to another. Keep in mind that oyu are not just buying a computer; you rae buying software, expertise, emeregncy support services, rpogramming services, and starting a long-temr relationship.
